CHEESYYYYYY WEDGES!

Today,I would like to share how to make Cheesy Wedges! Let's try to bake it by ourself! 




1. Ingredients


a) POTATOES (BAKED)
   
    - 2 potatoes (350 g) potatoes
    - 1/4 tsp of Salt
    - 1/4 tsp of Paprika
    - 1/2 tsp of White Pepper
    - 1/2 tsp of Oil



  • b) CHEESE SAUCE
  •     - 5 slices (100 g) of American cheddar cheese
  •     - 1/2 tsp of Corn Starch
  •     - 1/2 cup of Evaporated milk
  •     - 1/2 tsp of Chili sauce
  •     - 3/4 tsp of garlic powder
  •     - 1/4 tsp of white pepper powder
  •     - 1/4 tsp of salt

  • 2. Let's start it! (Step-by-step)

a) STEP 1

- First, we should peel the potatoes and slice into 4 to make into wedges.Then, place it into a mixing bowl as place the season ingredients that is salt,paprika,pepper and oil.Toss to combine the season and mix with the slices of potatoes.

b) STEP 2

- We should bake the potatoes by line it on the baking tray with aluminium foil. Bake at 200 degree celcius within 30 - 40 minutes. After bake it, we can make it cold and arrage on a plate.

c) STEP 3


- Turn on the stove into a low heat and put a pot on it.Tear the cheese into the small pieces in a pot and mix it with corn starch. After that, put in some evaporated milk into the mixture.


d) STEP 4 


- You should have to stirring the mixture until the ingredients are melted,bubbly and thicked. The mixture would look like thin at first and it slowly thicken after heating. 


e) STEP 5


- Next, add some seasons which we had mixed before into the mixture. If we want to make it more thin, we can desired consistenly with evaporated milk.


f) STEP 6


- Lastly,turn off the stove and pour the cheese sauce on the baked potatoes on the plate as drizzle with mayonnaise.
